Holy-Ground Marriage
We provide tools and insights for couples in their real struggles to lead a holy marriage. Echoing scripture, the teachings of the Catholic Church, and what Christ has shared with us in the healing journey- we claim with you the Holy Ground your marriage is on. Your marriage is meant to be sactifying: Total, Fruitful, Faithful, & FREE!
Firm-Foundation Family
When the foundation we stand on is not secure, naturally the house is at risk of collapse. As we begin to heal, so do the relationships with our family & our very children. There is a way to provide a Firm Foundation for your family. We provide the tools and resources to support you in the journey.

We strive to embody the heart of Christ as we walk along side others in their suffering and pain. In partnership with the Holy Spirit, we offer renewed hope in the firm belief that God will make a way in the wilderness and deserts of our life.
We help you reclaim what has been lost by the effects of brokenness and sin by offering various avenues and tools for healing. Whether you are facing a personal struggle, marital barriers, or family harships we journey with you in truth towards freedom. The battle is already won by the Blood of the Lamb. Let us make room to live a more abundant life!

Do you struggle with…
Feeling Unworthy, Unlovable, or Ashamed
When we struggle with shame or fear it can feel like a trap, often leading us into isolation. This makes it hard on our over-all health and on our relationship with others. The lie is that we are alone and no one sees us. But, the truth tells us something different- Christ sees everything and He loves us anyways. When we feel ashamed or unlovable it is often rooted in past experiences that we were not able to fully process leaving us in with internal emotional disregulation. This often leads to immense emotional pain and can even be the cause of disturbances or inabilities. If we have no where safe to land those feelings, the protective mechanism is to supress them. You don’t need to stay bound anymore. It is safe to let them rise to the surface and be transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Addictions, Disordered Desires and Behaviors
Our outward symtoms have roots that go deeper than we often realize… it’s how the body protects itself from pain. Do you struggle with disordered desires or behaviors? Sexual and physical addications can make us feel trapped in a cycle of fear and shame, often leaving us feeling powerless. This can have a negative impact on our emotional and spiritual well-being, especially in our relationships with those we share a life with.
God wants to take you beyond the barriers and into His total freedom. Don’t let your struggles keep you from your fullest potential to be the man or woman He made you to be! It’s time to let go and let love in.

Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Melissa!
Looking back I could have never imagined being where I am today. For years I was living with such heavy burdens due to the effects of my own sin and those committed against me. In order to keep from feeling painful emotions like grief and loss- I was constantly numbing my body through various unhealthy outlets to suppress my feelings. I lacked a deeper understanding of what was really going on and it felt like there was no way out of my hidden life of sin. After a series of hardships in my personal life and then early marriage, I was brought to my knees in despiration. I prayed for freedom and by miracles, God took it beyond my measure! He overflows our lives with His abundant love when we finally let go and let God in. With time, help, and intentional steps forward- God brought me out of the grave and into the promised freedom He offers each one of us.
There is nothing I love more than my vocation as as a wife and mother, connecting with others over real conversations… and a delicious café miel! But most of all- Jesus is my true lover, my forever spouse, the man of my dreams- and I cannot wait to share more with you about all He has done for me.
My hope for you is to find rest here- whether in a blog post you read, a video you watch, or a connection you make with the team. We invite you to come and live as an Abundant Catholic.
