Melissa Krupp
Catholic Mentor
As the Co-Founder of the Abundant Catholic, not only does Melissa bring knowledge from walking with individuals in the healing journey, she also brings her personal lived-out experience of healing and undergoing intensive trauma recovery herself. Now over a decade into the journey, she is finally welcoming the fruits of her labor. Bringing the compassionate heart of Christ into each session, Melissa seeks restoration and healing for individuals while providing an atmosphere of hope through the Holy Spirit.
She shares with clients her knowledge of the Family Systems Theory, parts work, and uses Narrative Techniques (telling one’s story) as she offers a more integrative approach to each session. She is currently working towards completing a certification in Theology of the Body from the Theology of the Body Institute in PA.
All sessions are done on zoom or in-person for locals if preferred.

Anthony Krupp
Addiction & accountability Mentor
Anthony is Co-Founder of the Abundant Catholic, Founder of Rising Ember’s Men’s Mountain Retreat, and graduate of the Encounter School of Ministry. He has found freedom in walking a new way with Christ, on the road of recovery from decades of addictions and disordered behaviors. He offers Addiction & Accountability Mentorship to men who are battling addictive patterns, disordered behaviors and desires- all in which cause emotional and spiritual strain in one’s own life and relationships.
He intersects accountability with inner healing, and our Catholic faith- offering various tools & modalities to aid in deeper healing and freedom, as well as his compassionate presence and steadfast hope.
Sessions can be done on face-to-face on zoom or over the phone as a call, or in-person for locals.
